Referral codes only work for new customers. If you refer a friend who hasn’t shopped with us before, they’ll receive 500 Trail Tokens via email to use on a minimum spend of £50. If your friend places an order with your referral code, you’ll also receive 500 Trail Tokens.

Your friend’s 500 Trail Tokens can be redeemed straight away. Your 500 Trail Tokens will be available to redeem after 30 days from the date your friend has placed their order.
