Billing & Payments

When will I be charged?

You will be charged automatically on your scheduled billing date, based on your chosen delivery frequency. The charge will usually occur around the same time of day as your original order.

What happens if my payment fails?

If a payment attempt fails, the system will automatically retry it up to 3 times, with 1 day between each attempt. If payment is still unsuccessful after the final retry, the subscription will be automatically cancelled.

Can I update my payment details?

Yes. You can update your payment method or billing information at any time through your account. Updating your payment details before the next billing attempt will help prevent interruptions to your subscription.
