The "pending" status refers to the 10-day approval period for Trail Tokens. During this time, Trail Tokens remain unavailable for use while we verify purchases and ensure there are no issues, such as cancellations or refunds. Trail Tokens are only awarded for completed, non-refunded purchases, so if an order is cancelled or refunded during this time, the Trail Tokens will not be added to your account balance. Once the 10-day approval period has passed, the Trail Tokens will move from "pending" to "available," and you’ll be able to redeem them.
