If you receive a refund for an item, any Trail Tokens earned on that purchase will be deducted from your account. If an item is refunded within the 10-day approval period, the pending Trail Tokens associated with that purchase will not be added to your account. Trail Tokens are only approved for purchases that are finalised and not refunded.
