Will my order arrive frozen?Updated a year ago

We will ship your order directly from our warehouse to your specified shipping address, therefore, your frozen food products should arrive frozen. Once it arrives, we recommend transferring the tubs into your freezer as soon as you can. You can always place a tub in the fridge ready to start defrosting if you need it! 

Our well insulated packaging should keep the food frozen for a few days in transit, should you encounter any slight delays with the courier.

However, if the food has partially defrosted around the edges but it's still frozen in the middle, by the time you are ready to put it in the freezer, you can refreeze it safely. 

If on the rare occasion there has been a delay in the delivery and the food, for some other reason, has arrived defrosted and you are unable to re-freeze it, please contact our Customer Service team immediately who will be able to assist you.
